Conviction: James THOMAS, Launceston Recorder's Court 28 December 1871 sentenced to 6yrs, transferred to the Hobart Gaol.
James THOMAS was admitted as a pauper to the Brickfields Depot on release and went AWOL dressed in government clothing in January 1877.
